Steps to fix Microsoft/Crowdstrike Outage using Command Prompt

1) Click Troubleshoot

2) Click Advanced Options

3) Click Command Prompt

  •  For Bitlocker-protected computers, you will need to enter your Bitlocker Recovery Key.

4) In the command prompt window, type the following commands, followed by an Enter key.

c:

Hit Enter

del windows\system32\drivers\crowdstrike\c-00000291*

Hit Enter

exit

Hit Enter

5) Select Continue Into Windows
