Template Not Merging all Sections onto Progress Note?

  1. 1. Open any new progress note. 
     
  2. 2. At the bottom of the progress note, click on the carat next to Templates: 

     
  3. Click on "SET DEFAULT OPTIONS"

     
  4. 3. A new window will open up allowing you to customize which sections of the templates you want to be able to merge onto your progress note

     
  5. 4. Start with either REGULAR or PHYSICAL visit types, then click on ALL CATEGORIES >> APPLY. 

     
  6. 5. Repeat the step for the other visit type(s). 
     
  7. 6. When you've applied your default options for ALL visit types, click on SAVE. 
     
  8. 7. Now you should be able to merge a template onto your progress note and see HPI/Physical Exam sections or other missing sections appear.
