Issue: Remove scanned documents from incorrect chart/patient
Steps taken to resolve:
- Log into eCW
- Search for patient by either account number, or last name.
- From patient HUB, click on Patient Docs (image A)
- Find incorrect document, right click and select delete. (image B)
- If document is reviewed then find incorrect document, right click, select Update, remove check from Reviewed checkbox, click OK then follow Step 4.
