Remove/Delete Document(s) from Patient Chart

Issue: Remove scanned documents from incorrect chart/patient

Steps taken to resolve:

  1. Log into eCW 
  2. Search for patient by either account number, or last name. 
  3. From patient HUB, click on Patient Docs (image A)
  4. Find incorrect document, right click and select delete. (image B)
  5. If document is reviewed then find incorrect document, right click, select Update, remove check from Reviewed checkbox, click OK then follow Step 4.
