Please follow the instructions below to guide you through the installation process of Ambience Direct.

Open Safari on your device and navigate to this website.

- Tip: If you have Teams on your device, send yourself the link to avoid typing the entire URL.

- Sign in with your @gohealthuc.com email and tap “Next”. Confirm your credentials and tap “Next” again.
- Enter your password and tap “Verify”. Select your preferred authentication method by tapping “Select”.
- After successful authentication, tap “Get Started”
- You will be prompted to install the management profile. Tap “Allow”.
- Once the profile is installed, return to the home screen and open the Settings app.
- In Settings, scroll to “General” and then to “VPN & Device Management”.
- Tap on “Management Profile”. A prompt will appear. Tap “Install” and enter your device passcode Tap “Install” again and then “Trust”. Once the installation is complete, tap “Done”.
- Return to your home screen. You will see a new application, “Company Portal”, has been installed. You will also be prompted to install “Ambience Healthcare”. Tap “Install”.
