Step 1: Access the Okta Login Portal
- Open your web browser and go to GoHealth Okta Portal.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Profile Settings
- Click on your profile name in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Enter Okta Authentication to Edit Profile
- Click on the Edit Profile button.
- You will be prompted to enter your current Okta password for security verification.
- If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled, complete the authentication process (e.g., Okta Verify, SMS, or another registered method).
Step 4: Locate the Change Password Section
- Scroll down to the Change Password section.
- Review the password requirements before proceeding:
- At least 10 characters long.
- Must include uppercase, lowercase, and a number.
- Cannot include your username or first name.
- Must be different from your last three passwords.
- You must wait at least 5 days between password changes.
Step 5: Enter and Confirm Your New Password
- Type your current password in the first field.
- Enter your new password in the second field.
- Re-enter the new password to confirm.
- (Optional) Check the box to sign out of all other devices for added security.
Step 6: Save and Apply the Changes
- Click the Change Password button.
