Overview:
If you’ve forgotten your GoHealth Urgent Care password, you can easily reset it using the “Forgot password?” link on the Okta login page.

Steps to Reset Your Password
1. Go to the Okta login page:
You’ll see the login screen asking for your password.
2. Click “Forgot password?”
This link is located below the orange “Verify” button.
3. Receive Verification Prompt:
Open your OKTA Verify/ Google Authenticator app.
• Tap the number shown on your screen to approve the verification or type the code from your app.
4. Create a New Password:
Once verified, you’ll be redirected to a password reset screen.
Password requirements:
- Minimum of 10 characters
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 number
- Must not include your username, first name, or last name
Enter your new password and confirm it.
5. Click “Reset Password”
You’ll see a confirmation message, and your password will be updated.
