Summary
There is a new feature in Clockwise called 'Multi-Patient Actions'. The new Multi-Patient Actions page includes options to perform actions on multiple patients. This action will be helpful in the event you need to mass text patients and/or with center closures and patients need to be texted and removed from the queue. In this article we will describe how to use the Multi-Patient Actions.
Additional Notes
- This function will only be granted to members of leadership in each market. (ROM's, Directors, etc.)
- The Multi-Patient Actions page will be accessed from the Patient Queue page.
- When one or more patients are selected, the Multi-Patient actions page includes options to TEXT patients or REMOVE patients from the Patient Queue.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Select Multi-Patient Actions from top menu bar
2. Select Date Range for the days needed to select
3. Select multiple users from time frame
4. You can perform two task with multi-patient actions. Select at bottom of the screen which you would like to perform.
- Text - sends a text to all patients selected.
- Remove - Removes the patients from the queue. NOTE: This requires a text to be sent to patients before it will allow you to remove them from the queue for the selected time frame.
5. Change Template to Custom and put in text to be sent: Click Send

6. You should see an action status at the top of the screen.
7. Once action is completed, you should get the following.
