Connectivity

The iSMP4 device connects to the wireless GoHealth network at SFO. The GoHealth network at SFO is visible due to the device's incompatibility with hidden networks. The following are indicators of a device that is online vs offline:

Online and connected to the Bolt Terminal: Bolted

Offline and not connected to the Bolt Terminal: Unbolted

Terminal ID

There are two ways to retrieve a device's Terminal ID

1) Remove the battery door from the device and pull the battery. The serial number is your Terminal ID.
