Background
One of the wireless credit card machine models that are used at SFO in the California market are the ingenico iSMP4 devices, supplied by CardConnect.
Connectivity
The iSMP4 device connects to the wireless GoHealth network at SFO. The GoHealth network at SFO is visible due to the device's incompatibility with hidden networks. The following are indicators of a device that is online vs offline:
Online and connected to the Bolt Terminal: Bolted
Offline and not connected to the Bolt Terminal: Unbolted
Terminal ID
There are two ways to retrieve a device's Terminal ID
1) Remove the battery door from the device and pull the battery. The serial number is your Terminal ID.
2) You may also follow this sequence using the iSMP4's numerical pad.
With the device powered on and on the main screen: Press F, 7, 6, 7 to access the device's Bolt Menu.
Use the legend below to familiarize yourself with the direction that each key will navigate for the next step.
- Press F1 to navigate left.
- Press F2 to navigate down.
- Press F3 to navigate up.
- Press F4 to navigate right.
- Press O (green button) to select.
- Press < (yellow button) to clear.
- Press X (red button) to cancel or return to the main menu.

Navigate down to Server Properties and tap O (green button). The ID will be listed at the top of the screen:
Wifi Troubleshooting
In the event that a device appears Unbolted, use the Bolt Menu to navigate to the device's Wifi Properties. With the device powered on and on the main screen: Press F, 7, 6, 7 to access the device's Bolt Menu.
Navigate to Wifi Properties and tap O (green button). You will be met with another set of options. Navigate to Connection Status and tap O (green button).
