🔍 Check If the Extension Is Approved
1. Go to the Chrome Web Store
2. Search for the extension by name.
3. If it’s approved, you’ll see the Add to Chrome button available.
⚠️ If you're unable to download the extension, please submit a ticket with IT Support.
📥 Install the Extension
1. Click the Add to Chrome button.
2. Select Add Extension when prompted.
3. The extension will download, and a pop-up will confirm that it has been installed.
🧩 View and Manage Installed Extensions
1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
2. Go to Extensions > Manage Extensions.
💡 Tip: You can disable an extension by toggling the switch to the left.
⌨️ Set Shortcut Keys for Extensions
1. In the Manage Extensions page, click Keyboard Shortcuts (bottom of the page).
2. Click the pencil icon next to Activate the extension.
3. Press your desired key combination (e.g., Alt + O).
❌ Remove an Extension
1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
2. Go to Extensions > Manage Extensions.
3. Click the Remove button next to the extension you want to delete.
